I wrote two case-notes. One was a look into the Commerce Clause ramifications of state taxes on Internet streaming video providers (think Netflix). Another note used the famous 2016 case of Skidmore v. Led Zeppelin to argue against that court’s interpretation of Supreme Court precedent regarding the statute of limitations in copyright infringement, and called upon Congress to update and clarify the law. It is published in Volume 69.2 of the Maine Law Review.

As managing editor, I oversee all things production on the journal. This includes editing, cite-checking, formatting, and preparing the journal for publication.
